In the year one thousand eight hundred forty-four, on the twenty-sixth of the month of September, at one o'clock p.m., there appeared before me Joseph Wilhelm von Neussorge, Mayor and Civil Registrar of the Mayorship of Lahr in the County of Bitburg, Governing District of Trier, Rural Court District of Trier, Theodor Colling, thirty-eight years old, a stonemason by profession, resident at Lahr, in the presence of Mathias Ambros, fifty years old, a blacksmith by profession, resident at Neuerburg, and Servatz Ney, thirty-two years old, a cooper by profession, resident at Neuerburg, and declared, presenting a child, that in the year one thousand eight hundred forty-four, at six o'clock a.m., at Lahr, there was born this child of male sex of Theodore Colling, thirty-eight years old, a stonemason by profession, resident at Lahr, and his wife Elisabetha Schadeck, thirty-six years old, resident at Lahr, who received the given name
Peter.
Whereupon the present document was written and after being read aloud it was signed in double original by the declarer, the named witnesses, and the Civil Registrar.
