At Neuerburg in the County of Bitburg in the County of Bitburg, on the eighth of the month of April eighteen hundred fifty-one, at three p.m., there appeared before me Joseph Wilhelm von Neussorge, Mayor, as the official for Civil Registration of the Mayorship of Lahr, Theodor Colling, forty-six years old, of the occupation of stonemason, resident at Lahr, who declared to me that by his wife Elisabetha nee Schadeck, forty-three years old, by occupation a worker hired by people to do work for them, resident at Lahr, there was born a child of male sex on the sixth of April of this year at eleven o'clock a.m. in his residence, to which child the name
Wilhelm
was given.
This declaration taken by me occurred in the presence of both witnesses, namely:
1. Johann Fischer, thirty-four years old, of the occupation of day-laborer, resident at Birendorf.
2. Peter Noban, twenty-nine years old, of the occupation of day-laborer, resident at Niedergackler.
The present document was then read aloud to the declarer and the witnesses and signed with me in double original by the same.
